Leah is a mindful yin yoga teacher trainer and ayurvedic wellness counselor who incorporates meditation, neuroscience and Chinese Medicine Theory into her practice, helping others to reset and heal. She believes wholeheartedly that opportunities to practice yoga are everywhere, not only on the yoga mat. A cancer survivor with former careers in fashion and advertising, Leah is a lifelong student who now lives and teaches in the Seattle area.
Through my travels and my Yoga practice I became able to open myself up, to let go of my old patterns and to allow my authenticity to prevail. It is because I gave myself the opportunity to start over, to live in a new country, to try a different job, to experience a new way to live life that I became able to reshape myself the way I wanted to be rather than fitting into something which wasn’t meant for me in the first place. I believe that by combining mindful work with intuitive practices we all have the potential to recalibrate and become an empowered version of ourselves. I teach Yoga as way to help you be in tune with your own intuition so that you develop a stronger sense of Self.
"Leah Adams is a truly transformative Ayurvedic practitioner... Not only does she possess an exceptional knowledge base in her field but she has an inherent talent to see her students at a level much deeper than their surface physical ailments. Leah has a holistic approach that goes beyond treating a specific concern and translates into finding an energetic balance which ultimately establishes healthy patterns that become part of daily practice. Words that come to mind when I think of my work with Leah include thrive, replenish, nourish and sustain."
"Téo's Retreat was for me, one of the biggest life changing opportunities I could have taken for myself. Being in such an intimate setting with Téo and other's who love to practice opened me up to a spiritual growth that wasn't possible in a large metropolitan area like Los Angeles. This retreat helped me come back to city refreshed and full of gratitude. I came back with so much inner peace, self-love, and memories to last me a lifetime because of the amazing retreat provided by Téo. This experience was everything I needed to break out of my comfort zone and explore the beautiful wonders life has to offer."
Acre was born out of the belief that a certain segment of people are in search of a different vacation experience; something smaller, bespoke and experiential.
"Leah is a flexible, creative, and inspiring teacher...Her passion and knowledge of Yin Yoga and traditional healing systems like Ayurveda is impressive."
"Téo is a great yoga teacher. He is sensitive to yogis of all levels and teaches to your level. My practice improved in that week and I felt nicely re-connected and centered. It is the type of yoga that makes you feel invigorated but not exhausted."

“Leah Adams is, in my opinion, one of the greatest Yin yoga teachers in the city of Seattle. She is highly knowledgeable and has been educated by some of the best in the industry. Not only does she have expertise, but she is well loved by the students and teachers she teaches. She strives for excellence and is continually growing. She is deeply compassionate and mindful of all beings. She is committed to giving to the local community and to the world.”
There’s nothing like a treehouse to reawaken your childlike sense of wonder.
“I have been drawn to yin yoga for its physical and mindful benefits...Leah brings a natural warmth and grace to her classes that builds such community. She has been such an inspiration with her passion for yin yoga that I have followed in her footsteps to teach others.”
"I had the privilege of attending Leah's Yin Yoga training this past spring, and was taken by her ability to skillfully disseminate the teachings of yin yoga in a way that was both thoughtful and comprehensive. I feel privileged to know Leah. Her work in the community comes from a deep understanding of what it means to be human, and that understanding is palpable to all of those she encounters. She continues to open herself to curiosity, humility and grace - the essential components that make not only a dedicated student, but also a powerful teacher.“
"Leah is one of those people whom you only have to meet once to know there is something special about her."
